    C confectioner's sugar

    eggs + 1 yolk

    T flour

  • 1/4

    t cinnamon

  • 1/4

    t ground ginger

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 Biutter 4 6oz custard cups Microwave chocolate & butter in large bowl 1 min.or until butter melts Whisk until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in wine, vanilla & sugar until blended Whisk in eggs & yolk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon evenly into prepared cups. Bake ramekins 15 min. or until sides are firm but centers are soft Let stand 1 min. Loosen edges with knife. Invert on serving plates. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
