Ingredients
- 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbl. Olive oil
- 1 tbl. butter
- 1/2 Cup red wine
- 3/4 Cup beef broth
- 2 tbl. flour
- 3 tbl. water
- Parsley flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Saute mushrooms in oil & butter , approx. 3-5 min.
Add red wine and simmer for a few min.
Add broth and simmer to reduce a bit, about 5 min.
Combine flour and water and wisk until smooth.
Stir into mushrooms until well blended.
Season to taste and simmer for about until thick, about 1 min.
Add parsley
