I would be very tempted to add a cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage (I used Tennessee Pride or Jimmy Dean regular)
  • 1 (10oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained Coupons
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, cut into pieces

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage until crumbled and no longer pink. Drain. Add Rotel and cream cheese to skillet. Stir until cheese melts.

Serve warm with tortilla chips.
