Spinach Salad

The ingred. listed are optional..choose a combination of your favorites. This
makes way too much dressing. I usually halve the recipe

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds DRESSING
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 2 bags fresh spinach
• cherry tomatoes
• fresh mushrooms
• avocado
• cubed ham
• bacon, cooked & crumbled
• hard cooked eggs
• Dressing: 1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar-1 tsp. sugar-1/4 tsp. salt-2 cups mayo
• 1 cup sour cream- 2 tsp. minced onion-1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dressing ingred. and mix well. Prepare spinach and the ingred. you have chosen to spinach. Toss with sesames seeds.
