Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples
- 1 chipotle pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon chipotle sauce
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup Spanish onion, julienned
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Peel, core and slice apples into thin matchsticks.
In a small bowl, combine chipotle, sugar and lime juice. Add the Spanish onion, apple and cilantro.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
