Banana Delight

Ingredients

• 1/3 C. Lemon Juice
• 1 C. Sugar
• 1 Egg
• 7 to 8 Bananas
• 1 C. Crushed Peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix well Lemon Juice and Sugar, then beat in the egg. Place in a small pan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken.

2. Next slice 4 Bananas into covered dish. Pour 1/2 of the Lemon Juice mixture over the Bananas and top with 1/2 C. of crushed peanuts. Repeat Bananas, Lemon Juice mixture, then top with Peanuts.

3. Try to cover all the Bananas with Lemon Juice mixture or the Bananas may turn dark.
