Stir Fried Shrimp Hot Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1/2 C dried Chinese red chilies
- 1/3 C diced scallions
- 2 Tbsp minced, peeled fresh ginger
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 medium onion, sliced into rings
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Chinese black bean sauce
- 1 Tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine or dry sherry

Preparation
Step 1
Heat large wok over medium-high heat. Swirl in oil, then add chilies, scallions, ginger and garlic. Stir-fry until aromatic, around 30 seconds.
Add shrimp. Toss and stir over heat until shrimp are pink and firm, about 3 minutes. Add broccoli and onions and cook about 3 minutes more.
Pour soy sauce, black bean sauce, black vinegar & Shaoxing or sherry. Bring to a simmer, then cook just until sauce is reduced a bit.
