Jim Beam Bourbon Chili

Ingredients

• 28 oz can diced tomatoes
• 1/4 14oz can tomato sauce
• 1 lb ground beef
• 5 Bacon Strips, diced
• 1 large onion, diced
• 1 lg can kidney beans
• 14 oz can black beans
• 2 T Brown Sugar
• 2 t Oregano
• 1 T Chili Powder
• 1 t Cumin
• 1/4 t Garlic Powder
• 1/2 c Jim Beam Bourbon

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in large pot

2. Bring to a boil

3. Simmer 2 hours

4. Garnish with additional bacon
