Ingredients
- 1 stick softened butter
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup splenda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extrack
- 12 whole almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 300 deg
Soften 1 stick butter
Add the almond flour and splenda
Mix well with a fork
Add vanilla & almond extract & continue to mix
Roll into walnut size balls & place on lightly oiled cookie sheet
Place in oven for 5 min
Remove & press down with fork in a cris cross fashion & place a whole almond in center
Return to oven for an additional 15 to 17 min
Remove from oven & allow to cool before transfering to a rack
