Ingredients

  • 8 pitted dates
  • 1 can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter/almond butter
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions
In a food processor combine all ingredients (except chocolate chips)
Stir in chocolate chips by hand
Transfer batter to a greased 8x8 dish
Bake at 350 for 28-30 minutes
cool for one hour
