Ingredients
- STREUSEL:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (1 cup)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 T. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 T. butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. In a small bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, butter and bananas; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.
2. For streusel, combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a small bowl; cut in butter. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake a 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
