- 27 Roma Tomatoes
- 1 Med onion(quartered)
- 10 garlic cloves
- Oil
- Kosher salt
- Pepper
- 1/8 cup basil leaves
- 1 -6 oz tomato paste
- 1 tsp-1tbsp balsamic

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. Cook for 34-40 minutes
Juice over tomato
Salt and pepper
Drizzle oil Cook for 35-40 minutes.
Add basil leaves, tomato paste balsamic and purée.
Cook for freezing.
