Ingredients

  • 2-15 oz. cans of sliced Peaches (drained and saved)
  • 1 1/2 C Sugar
  • 1 C. Flour
  • 2/3 C. Butter
  • 1 t. Cinnamon
  • 1 C. of Water and Peach Juice
  • 1 Bx. Krusteaz Supreme Muffin Mix "Wild Blueberry" or other Muffin Mix

Step 1

1. Spray the Casserole dish with Vegetable Oil then after the Peaches are drained put the Sliced Peaches evenly in the Bottom.

2. In a medium bowl place Sugar, Flour, Butter, and Cinnamon and mix until crumbly. Add the Peach Juice and Water to equal 1 cup. Slowly pour the Water/Juice over the Sugar mixture.

3. Prepare the Blueberry Muffin Mix according to the instructions on box. Now, spoon the mixture on to the Sugar mixture and the Peaches.

4. Place in a preheated oven 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until the top turns light brown.
