lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
Tbsp soy sauce
tsp fresh ginger (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
cloves of garlic, pressed or minced
A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (or 1 tsp if you like it spicy)
1.Place chicken in the crockpot. 2.Add all other ingredients on top and mix. 3.Cook on medium for 6 hours, or high for 4 hours. 4.Shred with forks or a potato masher. 5.Serve over rice and top with chopped green onions.
