Ingredients

  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cup(s), White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp(s), Orange juice - Raw
  • 2 tbsp(s), Agave
  • 1/2 cup(s), Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp(s), Dijon Mustard
  • Salad
  • 1/2 lb(s), Peppers, sweet, yellow, raw, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup, Chopped, Red Onion
  • 6 oz(s), Cheese, feta
  • 15 black olives
  • 12 pieces (28g), Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 4 oz chicken breasts, cooked and sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all dressing ingredients.

Mix all vegetables on plate, add chicken, dressing and top with feta.
