Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 # sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
- dash of cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup beer
- 2 eggs slightly beaten

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add cheese, and heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Add seasonings and pour in the beer mixed with the eggs. Cook until thick. Serve over toasted English Muffins with cooked bacon slices
