Dessert: Cinnamon Coffee Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 pinch salt
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups confectioners sugar
• 1/3 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mash instant coffee into powder with back of spoon. Stir in cinnamon and salt.

In large bowl, beat butter until smooth, then stir in spice mixture and vanilla. Slowly beat in confectioners sugar and milk alternately until desired consistency.
