Meat: Greek Chicken Breast Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon2 chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast fillets

Preparation

Step 1

In a glass dish/ziploc bag, mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and lemon juice. Place the chicken pieces in the mixture, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, turning chicken/bag halfway through.

Preheat grill.

Lightly oil the grill grate. Place chicken on the grill, and discard the marinade. Cook chicken pieces up to 5 minutes per side.

Great with tzatziki on the side.
