Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked fettuccine
- 16 oz Easy Peel Shrimp
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 6 oz fresh baby spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 1/4 oz Parmesan cheese, shaved

Preparation
Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or follow package directions. Peel shells from shrimp and set shrimp aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and oil for approximately 1 minute. Increase heat to medium-high. Add peeled shrimp, salt and pepper to pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally or until shrimp meat turns opaque. Add cooked drained pasta, spinach, and garli to pan. Cook for 1 minute or until spinach wilts. Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately
