Roasted Broccoli with Asiago

  • 1 1/2 lbs. (about 1 large bunch) broccoli
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 Cup Asiago cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450°. Toss broccoli crowns with oil and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Transfer to rimmed baking sheet. Add cheese to bowl. Roast broccoli until stalks begin to brown, about 25 minutes. Return broccoli bowl and toss with cheese, using tongs to coat. Serve.
