chili con queso

Ingredients

  • 1 c cashews soaked for 8 hours
  • 1/3 c nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp tumeric
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 c cashew milk
  • 1/2 can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 c chili beans

Preparation

Step 1

put the cashews, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, tumeric,salt, taco seasoning and milk in a high speed blender and blend for 3 minutes until totally smooth. put into a saucepan and add tomatoes, green chilies and chili beans. heat until warm. serve.
