Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups powdered sugar

Step 1
Melt butter in pan. Add brown sugar and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add milk and stir until boiling. Remove from heat and cool.
Pour into mixing bowl and beat in powdered sugar, a little at a time, until desired consistency.
