Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1/2 cup flour
- Guldens brown mustard
- 1 can chicken noodle soup
- Nature's Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp oil
- Sweet & Sour to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cover pork chops w/ mustard.
2. Dip in flour and seasoning; let set for 10 min
3. In skillet, heat oil and brown chops.
4. Place chops in casserole dish.
5. Cover with soup.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered (additional time at lower heat will help tenderize meat)
7. Or place in crockpot for 3-4 hours on low
