  • 2 T garlic lemon pepper
  • 2 pints heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan heat heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a light boil. Add garlic lemon pepper, simmer. In separate saucepan melt butter. Add flour to butter to make a roux. Add roux to cream and stir. Remove from heat when sauce begins to thicken. Garnish with parsley flakes. Pour over any of the following: seafood, pasta, chicken, or vegetables.
