Crock Pot Baked Beans

Ingredients

• 1 medium onion
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1/2 cup molasses
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 piece salt pork
• 4 cups boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

Soak 1 lb of beans overnight. Drain and parboil the beans in 4 cups of water. Put remaining ingredients in crockpot. Pour in beans and water. Cook on high for 9 to 10 hours.
