Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crust
- 2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Cream Cheese Filling
- 2 pkg (8 oz each) Cream Cheese softened
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cups sugar (divided)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract (divided)
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
Crust Instructions:
In bowl combine ingredients. Spread crumb mixture in a 10" round cake pan with straight sides or 10" spring form pan.
Cream Cheese instructions:
Put creams cheese, eggs & 2/3 cups of the sugar into mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and 1/2 tsp almond extract, beat well. Pour into prepared pan with crust. Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 minutes or until set. Take from oven and cool 10 min.
Combine sour cream and the remaining 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp almond extract. Spread on top of cheese cake. Bake 350 for 10 min longer. Let cool & refrigerator over night.
