Bubba's chicken (Denise Mihalick)

Ingredients

• split chicken breasts
• Bisquick

Preparation

Step 1

rinse chicken breasts with skin on and dredge heavily in bisquick
put in baking dish and pat more bisquick on chicken with fork. Bone side down.
Pat of butter on each breast.
Bake 1/2 hour with tin foil covering at 350 and then uncovered for 15-20 minutes longer. 45-50 min. total.
