Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 3 cups drained sweet potatoes (approx. 1 lg & 1 sm can)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • dash of salt
  • 1/8 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Beat the above ingredients until smooth. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 pan. Add topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
