Shrimp and Crab Dip

Ingredients
- 1 6 oz can crabmeat, picked free of broken shells, drained
- 1/2 lb grated Paremesan
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 of a 10 3/4 ounce can cream of shrimp soup(discard top half and use bottom)
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium green bell peper, diced
- 2 tbls butter
- 6 ounce shrimp, fresh or canned, drained
- 1/2 tsp white pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the bell pepper, onion, and celery.
Saute for 2 minutes.
In bowl, combine the soup, mayo, Parmesan, crabmeat, shrimp and pepper.
Stir the sauted veggies into the seafood mixture.
Spoon this mixture into lightly greased 8x11 in casserole dish.
Bake 30 minutes.
Serve with toast or crackers.
