Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp carne asada or taco seasoning mix
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 green onions, cut into 1" pieces
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and cut into very thin slices
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- .75 lb top sirloin steak, cut into strips
- cilantro
- corn tortillas
- plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- jarred salsa

Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly dry steak slices with paper towels. Toss steak strips with seasoning mix. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot, but not smoking. Add steak and cook, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes for medium. Transfer to a plate to rest.
Add sliced peppers, green onions, and jalapeno to same pane and saute over medium-high heat 3-5 minutes until softened and slightly carmelized.
Heat tortillas.
Place tortilla on plate. Top with steak and veggies. Add salsa. Top with yogurt. Squeeze fresh lime over.
