Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 lbs ground pork
- 1 egg
- 2 slices bread (crust off) soak in milk
- 1 med onion, cut fine (1/2 in mixture and 1/2 saute)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp all spice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 stick of butter
- olive oil
- tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef broth (or water)

Step 1
Mix the first nine ingredients together and roll into balls. saute 1/2 stick of butter (add olive oil when needed) and 1/2 of medium onion. Add meatballs until browned. Place meatballs in a crock pot and in pan add 1 tbsp flour and 2 cups beef broth (or water), mix it up and add to crock pot.
