Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs ground beef

  • 1/2

    lbs ground pork

  • 1

    egg

  • 2

    slices bread (crust off) soak in milk

  • 1

    med onion, cut fine (1/2 in mixture and 1/2 saute)

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp white pepper

  • 1/2

    tsp all spice

  • 1

    tsp sugar

  • 1/2

    stick of butter

  • olive oil

  • tbsp flour

  • 2

    cups beef broth (or water)

Directions

Mix the first nine ingredients together and roll into balls. saute 1/2 stick of butter (add olive oil when needed) and 1/2 of medium onion. Add meatballs until browned. Place meatballs in a crock pot and in pan add 1 tbsp flour and 2 cups beef broth (or water), mix it up and add to crock pot.
