- 1 carton of roasted red pepper soup
- 1 jar of salsa verde (green) *
- 1 brick of cream cheese
- 1 pound of cooked, shredded chicken
Combine the soup and the salsa verde and heat until hot. Stir in cut up block of cream cheese, and stir until melted. Add chicken and heat soup until heated through.
* Use mild or hot and spicy, depending on how much kick you want in the soup.
