Preparation

Step 1

CRACK EGG WHITES IN BOWL OR POUR 100% LIQUID EGG WHITES FROM A CARTON

ADD DICED VEGGIES OF YOUR CHOICE, SUCH AS: PEPPERS, TOMATOES, MUSHROOMS, ONIONS

SEASON WITH SEA SALT AND PEPPER - OPTIONAL: ONION POWDER, THEN WHISK TOGETHER

POUR INTO NONSTICK PAN WITH JUST A SMEAR OF COCONUT OIL//BUTTER (LESS THAN 1 TSP)

ADD EITHER 1 WEDGE OF LAUGH COW CHEESE, 1 TBSP PARM CHEESE OR VERY SMALL AMT OF MOZZ CHEESE

ONLY AN E WHEN EATEN WITH A GRAIN SIDE (QUINOA,TORTILLA OR 2 PCSOF EZEKIAL) OR
USE FRUIT INSTEAD, A CUTIE - A PEAR OR A NICE BIG WEDGE OF CANTALOUPE
