Ingredients
- 2 HEADS Frisee (torn) about 8 cups
- 2 red Bartlett pears
- 1/4 c pomegranate seeds
- 4 oz. Pecorino or Manchego cheese, shaved
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1/4 t ground salt
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
- 1/3 c extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T Sherry or Red Wine vinegar

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, pears, pomegranate seeds, and cheese
In smaller bowl, whisk the vinegar, mustard,salt, pepper.
While whisking, gradually add the oil and toss with salad
