Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 TBS fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup minced onion (red or white)
- 1 jalapeno (seeded & minced)
- 2 TBS cilantro (finely chopped)
- dash black pepper
- 1 roma tomato (seeded, diced)

Mash avocados in a medium bowl. Stir in all other ingredients.
