(8-oz.) container sour cream
tablespoons packed, freshly grated horseradish root (or 5 Tbsp. prepared horseradish)
teaspoon black pepper
teaspoon kosher salt
tablespoon grated lemon rind plus 2 Tbsp. fresh juice (from 1 lemon)
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir vigorously until well blended. Makes 8 servings. Serving Size = 2 Tablespoons.
