Ingredients
- 2 pkg. 6" flour tortillas
- 6 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cans chopped chilies
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheddar & jack cheese
- 4 containers whipping cream

This recipe is for 2 9x13" Pyrex dishes. Recipe can be halved, and throw out the 1/2 can refried beans.
Mix chicken breast trough refried beans together. Put 1/3 cup on each tortilla, and roll up 10 tortillas, place in Pyrex dish, seam side down. Top with all the shredded cheese that will fit into dish. Pour 2 whipping creams over dish. Garnish with chopped black olives, pimento, and chopped green olives.
Repeat for next dish. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350° oven, or until cheese is melted, and let sit before serving.
Reheat in microwave.
