  • 1 17-ounce package refrigerated cooked beef roast au jus
  • 2 cups shiitake, crimini, or button mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream French onion dip
  • 2 cups hot cooked noodles

Step 1

Transfer beef with juices to a large skillet (leave meat in large pieces). Remove stems from shiitakes mushrooms; halve or quarter mushrooms. Add mushrooms to skillet. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes or until heated through, stirring mushrooms once and turning meat over halfway through cooking time. Use a wooden spoon to break meat into bite-size pieces. Stir onion dip into meat mixture; heat through (do not boil). Stir in hot cooked noodles.
