Ingredients
- 2 Egg whites
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 cups pecans
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- kosher salt
Preparation
Step 1
Set oven to 325 degrees
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Lightly beat eggs and water.
Add pecans to egg mixture and toss; shaking off excess water.
In a bowl or ziplock combine sugar and nuts.
Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
