21/01/17 - These were very good, although still not what I'm seeking as far as heat level is concerned. You could try increasing the cayenne because the flavour profile was pretty good.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds chicken wings, separated at joints (approximately 10 wings/20 pieces)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 3/4 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour - See no need for this whatever
- Thousand Island or Russian Dressing for dipping was recommended but neither of us cared for that. Use blue cheese dip if you want a dip.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the wings, oil, white pepper, black pepper, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a large mixing bowl; toss with a spatula to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate until serving time, removing from the fridge 1 hour before cooking.
Sprinkle with the flour; toss again to coat evenly.
Lay the wings in the ActiFry pan and set the timer for 30 minutes.
