Ranch Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup bite-sized cauliflower florets
  • 1/4 cup kraft light done right! ranch reduced fat dressing

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE potatoes and cauliflower in lg saucepan. Add enough water to completely cover vegetables. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 min. or until vegetables are tender.

DRAIN vegetable mixture, leaving vegetable mixture in pan. Add dressing; mash until vegetable mixture is light and fluffy.

You can even boil the veggies in chicken broth to add more flavor when using this recipe or making your own by adding Kraft chedder chesse and mashing then with the broth instead of the dressing.
