Perfectly baked steak fries

Quick side dish to burgers or any sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 4 russet potatoes, scrubbed - skin left on
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Slice potatoes into wedges.

Place cut potatoes in a bowl of cold water and soak for 30 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.

Add the potatoes back into a bowl and add the olive oil and spices.

Bake on a cookie sheet lined with foil for 30 minutes at 425 degrees. You don't even have to flip them half way.
