ORANGE-PINEAPPLE JELLO SALAD

Ingredients

• 1 c hot water
• 1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
• 1 pkg. orange jello
• 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
• 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 c 7-up
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/2 c ground or chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water and immediately add softened cream cheese and beat with mixer
Add other ingredients and pour in jello mold
Cover and refrigerate until set.
