Patty's Apple Bundt Cake

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup of oil
• 2 cups of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 4 teaspoons cinnamon
• 2 cups of flour
• 4 teaspoons of baking powder
• 2 teaspoons of vanilla
• 5 to 6 chopped up apples
• 1 cup of nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Lightly spray bundt pan with cooking spray

Mix together eggs, oil, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Slowly add flour, baking powder, vanilla, apples, and nuts.

Transfer to bundt pan and bake for 50 - 60 minutes
