Ingredients
- 1/2 cup turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup cinnamon
- 1/4 cup ground cardamom seeds
- 1/2 Tbls black pepper
- 1 Tbls powdered ginger
- 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbls vanilla bean paste
- 5 Tbls coconut oil
Preparation
Step 1
Add dry ingredients to water in small pot. Mix on low heat until well combined and a thick paste forms. Remove from heat and add vanilla paste and coconut oil. Whisk to fully mix into the paste.
To make tea:
1 full tsp of golden paste
2 cups of milk of choice (cow, almond, coconut)
Sugar of choice to taste (honey, agave, cane, stevia, molasses)
Mix thoroughly all ingredients in a small pot, heat just shy of boiling. Serve. May garnish with dash of cinnamon.
