Bang Bang Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
- For the sauce:
- 1 lb. spaghetti or your favorite choice of pasta
- 1 1/2 lbs. of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (or 1 lb. chicken, chopped)
- 1 1/2 T olive oil
- 3 t paprika
- 1 T fresh parsley
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Hellmans mayo
- 1/2 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 T lime juice
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 T onion powder

Step 1
1.To make the sauce, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, lime juice and red pepper flakes; set aside.
2.In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well.
3.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
4.Place shrimp onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper, to taste, and gently toss to combine. Place into oven and roast just until pink, firm and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
5.In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp and mayonnaise mixture.
6.Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
