Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C yellow corn meal
- 3/4 Flour
- 4 t baking powder
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 C sour cream
- 8 0z. can corn
- 4 oz. can green chiles
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 T vegetable oil

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Grease 9 inch baking pan
combine dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix.
Pour into pan and bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown
Serves 8-9
