Biscuit Stuffin' Chops

Ingredients

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 1 10 1/2 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 8oz. can refrigerator buttermilk biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 13x9 baking pan. Place chops in pan.

In bowl mix soup, celery, onion, egg,& seasonings. Set aside.

Separate biscuits and cut into 10-12 pieces. Place on top of chops. Spoon soup mixture over. Bake 350* for 55-65 minutes until brown.
