Ingredients
- 2 12-oz. cans tuna packed in water
- 6 hard cooked eggs, cooled and chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs. sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- dash sugar, if desired
Preparation
Step 1
Drain tuna into a bowl. Using fork, shred tuna into small pieces. Fold in remainder of ingredients until all are combined. Use more mayonnaise, depending on desired texture. Cover and chill before serving.
